A fake missed call is one card, not a ringing screen
Fake missed call, fake call notification, fake missed call notification — the clip people want is the aftermath on a lock screen, not a fake incoming-call UI.
A ringing-screen overlay looks like an app. A missed-call notification looks like the phone was face down. That is why the lock screen wins: green Phone mark, a name, “Missed Call,” and the rest of the wallpaper still in frame.
MockItUp does not ship a fake dialer. Use the + custom app, name it Phone, and write the line. Download the Mac app, then follow the same lock-screen rules as the notification video pillar.
Copy that reads as a miss
- Title: the person. First name only.
- Text: “Missed Call” or “Missed call from Mom.”
- One card. Two missed calls is a joke about being ignored, not a default.
Hold a beat, then let a fake text land from the same name: “why aren’t you picking up.” That pair is the skit.
What not to do
- An Android incoming-call skin on a video that claims iPhone.
- A full-screen fake call app with giant buttons.
- A number instead of a name unless the point is “unknown.”
