    Unzip the file

    Safari usually puts MockItUp.zip in Downloads. Double-click it. You should get MockItUp.app, not a disk image.

    Move it to Applications

    Drag MockItUp into Applications. Opening it from Downloads works once, then macOS gets picky.

    Right-click, then Open

    This build is not from the App Store. The first launch is Control-click the app, choose Open, then Open again.

If macOS blocks it

That warning is Gatekeeper, not a virus scan. MockItUp is not notarized yet, so Apple has not countersigned the file. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the message about MockItUp, and click Open Anyway.

Mac types

The same zip contains arm64 and x86_64. M-series Macs run it native. Intel Macs run it native. There is no separate “Intel build” to pick. You do need macOS 26.
