By downloading MockItUp, using mockitup.org, or buying Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Questions go to info@valethero.org.

Who we are

MockItUp is operated by Medina Apps LLC. The site is a storefront and guide. The product is a macOS app that exports vertical iPhone lock-screen notification videos.

The product

MockItUp lets you stack fake lock-screen notifications, set timing and copy, and export a 9:16 MP4. Free use is unlimited and includes a MockItUp watermark. Pro removes the watermark and unlocks a custom app name and custom wallpapers.

The website does not render the final file. Exports come from the Mac app. There is no Windows or Android version at launch.

Acceptable use

MockItUp is a creative tool for skits, hooks, UGC, ads, and mockups. You are responsible for what you make and publish. You may not use MockItUp to:

• Commit fraud, impersonate someone to obtain money or access, or fake a real payment, threat, or emergency.
• Harass, extort, or deceive a person into believing a notification was actually received.
• Violate another person’s rights, including privacy, publicity, or trademark.
• Break the law, including election, financial, or child-safety rules.

A video that looks like iOS is still a fiction. If a platform, client, or audience needs a disclosure, that is your job, not ours.

Accounts and Pro

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers. Pro is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. We may change prices for new purchases. We may suspend access if a payment fails or if these terms are broken.

Refunds are handled case by case. Email info@valethero.org with the receipt. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may result in a closed account.

Your content

Copy, names, wallpapers, and custom marks you put into a project stay yours. We do not claim the videos you export. You grant us only the limited right to process that material so the app can render and export the file on your machine.

Our content

The MockItUp name, mark, site, app, built-in icons, sounds, and lock-screen rendering are owned by Medina Apps LLC or our licensors. You may not reverse engineer the app, resell it, or strip the free watermark except through a paid Pro license.

App names and logos shown as presets (TikTok, Instagram, Messages, Snapchat, Cash App, and others) belong to their owners. MockItUp is not affiliated with Apple or those apps. Presets exist so a mock lock screen can look familiar.

No warranty

The site and app are provided as is. We do not promise a specific ranking, virality, ad performance, or that an export will match a future iOS release. We are not liable for lost profits, lost files, or claims that come from how you use an export. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will say so on this page.
